First time at a spa?

Nervous is normal.
Here’s exactly how it goes.

No forms, no jargon, no upselling. This page answers everything people are too polite to ask on the phone.

Your hour, minute by minute

What it feels like

You arrive, we slow down

Warm towel for your feet, a word about how your week sat in your body. No forms, no rush.

The oil is warmed first

Long, slow strokes to let your breathing settle. The room stays dim; the music stays low.

Your pressure, checked out loud

"Softer" and "deeper" are full sentences here. Say either at any point — mid-stroke is fine.

No hurry to leave

Herbal tea in the lounge, lights still low. Stand up only when you feel like it.

The questions everyone has

What do I wear?

Whatever’s comfortable. You undress only to your comfort level — you’re covered by a warm sheet except the area being worked on. Thai massage is fully clothed.

Can I ask for a female / male therapist?

Yes, always — just say so when you book. No explanation needed.

Do I need to book ahead?

No — walk-ins are welcome daily, and the next table is usually free within 20 minutes. A WhatsApp message guarantees your slot.

Is it okay to fall asleep?

It’s a compliment. We’ll wake you gently when the hour is done.

What if I don’t like it?

Say one word — "softer", "warmer", "stop" — and it happens. You’re in charge of the hour, not us.
